This is John Schulte from Catholic Charities’ St. Francis Community Services.

If you step into our art room on a weekday afternoon, you’ll hear it before you see it: laughter, concentration, quiet encouragement, and the soft scratch of brushes on paper.

In our after-school Art Program, students aren’t just creating projects. They’re practicing courage. They’re learning to try again. They’re discovering the joy of expressing who they are.

This month, thanks to supporters like you, their work took center stage at our Impressions of Brilliance art auction. These small victories add up. Stronger social skills. Better focus in school. A growing sense of belonging.
