Christmas Adopt-a-Family 2018

The Southside Center location of St. Francis Community Services is holding its annual Christmas Adopt-a-Family program. Each year individuals, schools, churches, and businesses “adopt” immigrant families we serve to help make their holiday season brighter, providing gifts and household essentials.

This year we have more than 170 families in need. If you’d like to adopt a family at Southside this season, please complete and return the downloadable Registration Form below as soon as possible. Once we hear from you, we’ll send information about a specific immigrant family in the community, including their needs and an introduction to family members for you.

To submit forms or for more info, please email Meredith at: mrataj@ccstl.org

**Update on Dec. 4th:  As the Christmas holiday nears, we have another special donation need this year – gift cards to Schnucks grocers (of any amount). Among the clients our center serves are 100+ additional Vietnamese families, many of whom are senior citizens that originally came to the U.S. as refugees after the war.  We are hoping to provide every single one of these families with gift cards to buy Christmas dinner and other food staples. Please consider helping our families this year in this special way!
